**Role Description**

**Senior Architect**

This is a full-time Senior Architect role at PLUGD in Noida. Their tasks will include but not limited to conducting feasibility studies, developing design concepts and strategies, creating detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, consultants and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Space Planning, Interior Design, and Interior Architecture
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with consultants and contractors
- Experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
- Understanding of building structure and services
- Experience in preparing ID BOQs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
