**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Waiter Training**:Participate in training programs to understand the nuances of effective waiter service.
Observe and learn the intricacies of menu knowledge, customer interaction, and service excellence.
Shadow experienced trainers to grasp best practices in waiter training.

**Manager Training (Soft Skills and Job Skills)**:Undergo training modules focusing on soft skills and managerial competencies in the hospitality industry.
Develop an understanding of effective leadership, team management, and problem-solving within a hospitality setting.
Learn to conduct training sessions for managers, emphasizing both soft and job-specific skills.

**Travel**:Be willing to travel to different locations to deliver training sessions.
Adapt to various hospitality environments and effectively communicate training content.

**Language and Computer Skills**:Possess basic English language proficiency to facilitate effective communication.
Have a foundational understanding of computer operations for training documentation and communication purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine interest in training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability to diverse work environments and schedules.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in English language and computer operations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹900.00 - ₹1,200.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
