Key Responsibilities:
CBSE:
2. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum.

3. Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress.

4. Prepare students for CBSE board exams.

IGCSE:
2. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with IGCSE syllabus (0490/0970).

3. Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress.

4. Prepare students for IGCSE exams.

Shared Responsibilities:
2. Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and exams.

3. Maintain accurate records and reports.

4. Communicate with parents through regular updates and progress reports.

5. Stay updated on curriculum changes and best teaching practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Economics, or related field.

2. Teaching certification (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or equivalent.

3. 2+ years of experience teaching Social Science (CBSE/IGCSE).

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.

Desirable Qualities:
1. Experience with CBSE and IGCSE curriculum and assessment.

2. Familiarity with educational technology (e.g., digital maps, timelines).

3. Training in child-centered pedagogy or constructivist approaches.

4. Certification in Social Science teaching (e.g., NCERT).

Additional Responsibilities (if applicable):
1. Lead history/cultural clubs or events.

2. Develop and implement project-based learning.

3. Collaborate with other department teachers.
