**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Image Retouching & Editing**
- Ecom & Lifestyle shoot image retouching, shortlisting, color correction etc within the prescribed project/ buyer guidelines and specifications.
**Quality Check**
- Ensuring that the exact color of the article type is captured, overall hygiene factors - e.g. dirt on background, etc.
**Editing Process Management**
- Work with production team (photographers, planner) in improving editing process, workflow and outputs for timely and efficient project completion.
- Create and update editing schedule, action items, assign/delegate editing jobs.
- Day to day management and tracking of editing process, approvals and coordination with outsourced editors, clients to ensure all tasks remain on schedule.
- You are a dedicated team player who focuses on increasing productivity & image quality as per guidelines.
- You take ownership and responsibility of the projects and deliver as per customer requirements.
- You are willing to stretch work hours if required to meet the target while maintaining the quality.
- You are good with planning the comfortable in handling high volume.
- You constantly look for new ways to improve your skills & learn new things.
- You are open to new ideas that helps you take up new initiative & challenges.
- You have a strong inclination towards fashion and lifestyle trends and photoshoot.
- You are good with communication skills.
**Salary**: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
