Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Retoucher / QA & Project Coordinator. This position involves overseeing quality assurance and managing project workflows, with a focus on delivering high-quality images that meet our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong image editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with global clients and regional team members.

This is a dual-role position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images, reviewing and QA final images before client delivery, and coordinating with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues, document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides, and provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Prior QA or project coordination experience is a strong asset
