**Job Description**:
**Primary job responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business systems analysts and developers as part of an Agile team to design, build, and deliver solutions
- Drive solution design for projects and production support working with IT and Business SME’s
- Develop and configure FinancialForce PSA tool via the FinancialForce managed package
- Keep up to date with new releases and improvements in FinancialForce PSA and Salesforce. com
- Perform functional and technical system activities, including business process configuration, coordinate testing, work with offshore team and vendor on development activities, manage project queue and scheduled releases, etc.
- Collaborate with professional services and Technical Support team working with the Onsite BA to projects and production.
- Facilitate unit, integration, and user testing, including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support
- Update business process flows (using Visio)

**Required Skills**:

- Graduate university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar
- Total 10+ years of IT experience. Relevant 4+ years in FinancialForce/ Salesforce. com
- Experience with RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL; working experience with table and relationship design and query optimization
- Proficient in programming using JavaScript, HTML, and XML; Apex and VisualForce experience is a must
- Declarative (Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules) and programmatic (Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages) Salesforce development
- Demonstrated experience working as part of an Agile development team
- Good and clear communication skills to be able to work productively across onsite/offshore teams.
- Should be able to Project Manage small projects as needed
- Solid knowledge of CRM software quality assurance
- FinancialForce and Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
