**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret storyboards, scripts, or creative briefs to understand project requirements.
- Create character animations, including rigging, keyframing, and fine-tuning to convey emotions and personality.
- Animate objects, props, and environmental elements to interact within the 3D scene.
- Set up and animate virtual cameras to capture scenes from different angles.
- Sync character dialogue with mouth movements and create facial expressions to match emotions and speech.
- Produce particle and effects animations for special visual effects.
- Adjust lighting, shading, texturing, and materials to create ambiance and mood.
- Occasionally create 3D models of characters, props, or environments as needed.
- Define keyframes to establish animation sequences and in-between frames for smooth motion.
- Configure rendering settings and optimize 3D models and animations for efficient output.
- Collaborate with team members to review and incorporate feedback into animations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation software, rendering, and production pipelines.
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and new techniques.
- Maintain organized project files and document the animation process for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a 3D animator with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following software: Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, character animation, and storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rigging, texturing, and rendering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
