**Job Description for 3D Animator**:

- Create and design storyboards for digital media formats
- Produce 2D and 3D visual products
- Collaborate with fellow animators using software such as Autodesk Maya to deliver a robust final animation
- Develop computer graphics and animations based on a detailed design brief
- Manage multiple projects within design specs and budget restrictions
- Determine voice and messaging for animated pieces
- QA design for errors
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
- Meeting project deadlines/milestones
- Work with innovative products
- Realistic creature and character animation
- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Art, Animation, Design or similar field
- Deep understanding of animation theory and technique
- Good knowledge of human and animal anatomy and movement, body language and the mechanics of expression of emotion
- Understanding of the character and animation pipeline including rigging and integration
- Strong drawing skills with a specialisation in character design.
- Understanding of visual language texture, colour, dimension, scale, perspective, shade, composition, depth of field, proportion spatial awareness etc.,
- Good communication skills, ability to explain concepts and support artistic choice.
