**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Digital Campaign Management**
- Set clear campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

**2. Social Media Management**
- Grow the organization’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Develop and schedule engaging content, such as posts, stories, and videos, to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
- Track social media metrics and optimize strategies based on performance analysis.

**3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search performance.
- Monitor web traffic and site metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic growth.

**4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve ROI and ad effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.

**6. Content Creation**
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling materials for digital platforms.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and aligns with marketing goals.

**7. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Create comprehensive reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Use data-driven strategies to optimize future campaigns.

**8. Stay Updated on Trends**
- Stay informed about the latest developments, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Suggest innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO software.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a bonus.
