**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media posts, and websites.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into engaging and effective visual designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to refine designs and incorporate feedback into the final product.
- Complete projects within specified deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Day to Day task will be to design Websites or apps, Social media posts, Branding and peripherals, Environmental graphics etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong understanding of basic design principles, layout, color, and hierarchy theory.
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and video editing tools.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects.

**Salary**:
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
