**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and manage data in the company’s database.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow.
- Handle data inquiries and provide support to team members.

## **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery industry terminology is a plus.
