IT Recruiter

**Requirements**:

- Experience**:Min. of 2 years as IT Recruiter**:

- Language fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience in with dealing US/UK/AUS/NZ clients is mandatory
- Qualification: MBA in HR preferred
- Location**:Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi**:

- Salary**:Max. 60,000/- per month**

**Desired Profile**:

- Experience in resume Sourcing/ searching skills and Posting through job boards
- Good understanding of recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations and work on deadlines
- Must have experience in consulting on sourcing strategies, customer relationship management, and successful ability to recruit resources
- Must have Good Communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc..
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
