**Job Summary**: The Showroom Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience in the showroom. This role involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with product selections, and managing the showroom's daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Manage product displays and ensure they are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Assist in preparing showroom reports and analyzing sales data.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and special sales activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the showroom.

**Qualifications**:

- any degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in interior show room sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
