**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor (Interior Design) is responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and aesthetic standards. This role involves coordinating with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain an efficient workflow and resolve any site-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with interior design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and site activities.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting completed interior work, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and identifying any defects or issues.
- Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges efficiently.
- Manage site logistics, including workforce scheduling, equipment, and materials specific to interior fit-outs.
- Conduct site meetings and report progress to higher management.
- Ensure all documentation, permits, and reports are updated and filed appropriately.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in site supervision within the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with high-end residential and commercial interior projects.
- Familiarity with local interior design regulations and compliance requirements.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily on-site work with exposure to construction and interior design environments.
- May require travel between project sites.
- Flexibility in working hours based on project demands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
