**Salary package: 3 LPA for MBA**
**Freshers**
- **Employee Relations Management**:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues at the executive level to foster a positive workplace environment.
- **Investigations**:
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns to address issues and ensure fair treatment.
- **Handle HRMS**:
- Implement the HRMS and see to it everything works through HRMS to keep a record up to date.
- **Asset management**:
- Allot the necessary assets like laptops, sim cards, phones, chargers and others to employees who have the need.
- Maintain the updated record of asset handover data.
- **Statutory compliance Handling**:
- Open PF and ESI accounts of new joiners. Facilitate withdrawal of PF amount.
- **Employee Engagement Programs**:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs targeted at executives to enhance job satisfaction and commitment.
- **Policy Guidance**:
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence and consistency.
- **Collaboration with Executives and HR**:
- Collaborate with executives and HR teams to address organizational challenges and promote effective communication.
- **Satisfaction Monitoring**:
- Monitor and assess executive satisfaction and morale to identify areas for improvement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
