As a Counselor for Arena Animation Saket, you will be responsible for driving sales by enrolling students for various courses offered by the institution. The primary objective of this role is to achieve sales targets by counseling prospective students and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting telephonic and in-person counseling sessions for prospective students to understand their interests and guide them towards the most suitable courses offered by Arena Animation Saket
- Providing information to prospective students about the course curriculum, fee structure, and career prospects after completing the course.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, admissions, and other relevant data in the institution's CRM software.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that help in generating leads and driving sales.
- Attending educational fairs, seminars, and other events to represent Arena Animation Saket and attract prospective students.
- Conducting regular market research to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education industry and incorporate them into the institution's admission strategies.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or counseling, preferably in the education industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective students effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
