**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality and visually appealing posts.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and present reports on social media performance, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
