**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote EEPL Classroom’s courses and services, including offline and online strategies.
- **Brand Awareness**: Enhance the visibility of EEPL Classroom through various marketing channels, including social media, print, and digital marketing.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new opportunities for student enrollment through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach.
- **Content Creation**: Work with the content team to create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and blog content.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars to attract potential students and parents.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of students and parents in Ranchi and surrounding areas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and educational offerings.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Knowledge of the local education market in Ranchi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
