**Designation: UI/UX Developer & Designer**

**Experience:1- 3 years**

**Location: Indore/Bengaluru**

**Full Time/On-site**

We are hiring for a leading software company which is providing its Web, App and Digital Marketing services across the globe.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching and analyzing user behavior and requirements to inform the design

process
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate design
- concepts
- Conducting usability testing to ensure that designs are effective and easy to use
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are integrated into the

final product
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually

improve design practices

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Collaborating with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement

designs
- Conducting user research and testing to ensure that the interface is intuitive and easy to

use
- Developing responsive design solutions for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- Improving the usability and accessibility of the user interface
- Staying up to date with emerging design trends and technologies
- In addition, one should also have strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.**MUST HAVE**:

- Should have a strong portfolio of design work, as well as experience using design tools such as
- Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work well

in a team environment.

**Experience**:
