**Experience**: 6 Months to 2 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and business goals.
- Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity and design language across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and graphic work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic understanding is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
