_**Operational**_

1. Supervision of all Nurses in their functioning.

2. Taking daily rounds of all wards (visiting new admissions, VIP patients etc.)

3. Making and handling over supervisor reports (New admissions, Critical cases, surgeries death cases)

4. Counter checking the necessary procedure and activities done by nurses.

5. Checking deployment of nursing staff in the wards and departments.

6. Counter checking nursing records and other related documents.

7. Create awareness in effective crises.

8. Holding group discussion to generate new areas and suggestions and case studies.

9. Creating positive attitude to order qualitative and professional care.

10. Identify problematic areas and institute preventive measures and solutions.

11. Providing orientation of new nurses who have joined the Hospital.

12. Check and educate nursing staff on maintenance of equipment in the Ward.

13. Attending to all the duties of Nursing in-charge/Matron in their absence.

14. Checking case files of patients and solving any problem or complaints, follow escalation matrix.

15. Taking other instructions from Nursing in-charge/Matron.

16. Feedback of activities to the Nursing in-charge/Matron.
- **Administration Related**_

1. Maintains all the records and reports of patients as well as the other department as per policies.

2. Ensures safe and clean environment for the wards.

3. Daily rounds to ensure satisfaction of patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
