Ensure communication with the customers through formal, informal and direct channels to impart information related to current and future marketing activities, promotions and initiatives.
- Engage with the customers in the entertainment activities and interactive social environments of the venues through the effective utilization of the technical infrastructure and the animators.
- Develop and manage content and functioning of company website with regard to marketing and promote the business by communicating regarding e-commerce and registered player database.
- Manage the company database with regard to registered customer information, management reports, marketing data mining & analysis and promote customer registration to increase registration.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure effective implementation of marketing activity, event or initiative, as per the Marketing calendar.
- Develop and execute ideas and themes related to specific activities and promotions and organize customer targeted promotional activities during off-peak periods utilizing the direct marketing infrastructure.
- Design and provide input for the design of fliers, brochures, posters and other promotional material.
- Develop marketing/advertising budgets for the facility and seek sponsorships for the promotional activities.
- Prepare and issue press and PR documents for promoting the facility.
- Communicate and effectively co-ordinate with advertising and PR agencies.
- Seek permissions from relevant authorities for conducting events.
- Effectively support the marketing and sales endeavors suggested by the management from time to time.
- Effectively co-ordinate with Mall marketing team and participate in the suitable events.
- Continuously strive for self-development by actively seeking opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adherence to timelines for completion of the performance appraisal for self.
- Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs and completion of mandatory training programs/certifications for self.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
