We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team at Tester Academy, a leading software testing training institute. As the Admissions and Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling students for our training programs, coordinating with teachers and students, and assisting with post-training placement activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads enrolled students by providing detailed information about our courses, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with teachers and students to ensure a smooth training experience, including scheduling classes, managing student attendance, and addressing any training-related concerns.
- Work closely with the placement team to assist in scheduling interviews for students who have successfully completed the training.
- Communicate with students through various channels, including messaging platforms and WhatsApp, to provide updates, reminders, and information about upcoming courses and events.
- Assist with marketing efforts by creating and implementing WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience and generate leads.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, job market demands, and software testing advancements to better guide students in their career paths.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or customer service roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with leads, students, teachers, and placement team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective students and industry professionals.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to lead generation and conversion.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our training programs.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools to track and manage student information and interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including WhatsApp marketing, is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
