**Key Responsibilities:Production Supervision**
- Oversee manufacturing of agricultural tools: tillers, J-type blades, disc harrows, etc.
- Allocate daily work to welders, fitters, and helpers; monitor output.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for raw materials and consumables.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit to Plant/Production Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,193.63 per month
