Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Monitor and track sales opportunities, following up with customers as needed to ensure a timely response.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, sales meetings, and customer visits.
- Ensure timely delivery of sales materials, contracts, and other documentation to clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries, including service requests, complaints, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule maintenance, installations, or repairs.
- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring that all service-related matters are addressed efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure that all service contracts, warranties, and agreements are kept up-to-date.
- Liaise between the sales team, service department, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, and maintaining client records.
- Assist in organizing service appointments, providing customers with reminders and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared.
- Update and maintain the customer database, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
- Track sales and service metrics, providing reports to management on a regular basis.
- Help identify opportunities for improving the sales and service processes based on feedback and data analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams as needed, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation related to sales and service.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper organization of sales/service files and documents.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, service protocols, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales, service, and customer interaction skills.

Pay: ₹11,508.75 - ₹30,989.77 per month
