An organized and professional Clinic Receptionist with 1 year of experience in managing clinic operations and assisting with basic cosmetic procedures. Known for excellent communication skills, fluent English, and a patient-centered approach, ensuring a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate billing and payment processes accurately.
- Ensure the reception and clinic areas are clean and well-organized.
- Perform basic cosmetic tasks under supervision, such as skin prep and assisting in treatments.
- Provide information on services and products to patients.
- Support clinic operations by managing supplies and administrative tasks.
Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic procedures and ability to assist professionals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Patient-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in clinic management and handling confidential information.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a clinic or customer service role.
- Knowledge or certification in cosmetology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using clinic management software (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,111.42 - ₹18,316.22 per month
