clarify any topic related doubts

Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs

Technical Proficiency

Learning Management nt System

Proficiently navigate and use the university LMS

Create or upload content on university LMS

Create and deliver sessions on the university LMS and other open source

platforms

Download grade books and assessment records from university LMS

Create content-enriched, professional, corporate PowerPoint

presentations

Draft word documents which could contribute to the Personality Development & English Content development and/or information about

the university/department

Make error-free excel sheets for attendance or assessment

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

DCPD/DR/1

Content Development

Develop content as per the assigned semester and syllabus for upgrading the training module

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews/interactions with students as well as experts and extensive studies) to develop creative and unique course files

Research and suggest new tools for Content Development and Management

Train The Trainer

Master Subject Coordinator

Design and Create content for Master Subject Course Files as assigned by the

department

Align the assessment activities in sync with the approved assessment model of the

code

Upload the created content on the online resource sharing platform of the university

Send soft copy of the course file to the Quality Manager

Design and map various course outcomes of the curriculum with the program

outcomes of aligned programs

Map various course outcomes of the curriculum with the Internal and External

Schedule and conduct four MSC meetings with the aligned trainers

Punch the schedule of MSC meetings as well as the minutes of these meetings on

CUIMS & on Google Sheet.

Submit the hard copies of the all Minutes of Meeting to the Quality Manager

Interact with trainers and take doubts w.r.t. the designed curriculum

of the course and take decisions

Quality Assurance

Be prepared for surprise quality audit in any session through a visit by the Quality Managers or the Sr. Director-DCPD.

Placement Drive Duty

Guide and interact with students shortlisted in the placement drive and take inputs for content enrichment

Invigilation

Perform invigilation duty in the semester examinations for any online test as per DCPD and University rules

Fortnight Attendance

Prepare and send fortnightly attendance excels sheets to the concerned training manager on or before the deadline
