We are hiring a motivated **Sales Executive** who will start by generating leads through telecalling and later convert those leads into clients through in-person meetings. If you're confident on the phone, have good communication skills, and are ready to grow into a field sales role, this job is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation via Telecalling (Primary Phase)**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients (residential societies, offices, commercial buildings, etc.)
- Introduce and explain Advanced FMS's facility management and security services
- Identify client needs and qualify them as potential leads
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups

**Client Meetings & Deal Closure (After Lead Generation)**:

- Schedule and attend meetings with interested clients
- Present service offerings and propose tailored solutions
- Handle client objections, build trust, and close the deal
- Coordinate with internal operations for smooth onboarding

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
