**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly understand customer inquiries, identify root causes of issues, and provide accurate and helpful solutions.
- Research and troubleshoot customer problems using internal knowledge bases and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of all customer interactions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling customer information and resolving inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
