Skills Required:

- Should have the good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations as per Factory Act, 1948.
- Should have the sound knowledge of compliance.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Should be good team member.
- Should have problem solving skills.
- Proficient in using computer operation (MS word Excel, PPT& Word)

**Job Description**:

- Monitor Health and Safety. HSE officers monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area.
- Maintained government statutory compliances.
- Develop Strategies to enhance the health and safety procedure.
- Design different training programmers to make the awareness smooth and easy. - Perform Risk assessment and prepare the Gap analysis report for modification and up gradation.
- Advises on safety topics, conducts risk assessments, and enforces preventative measures to create a safe workplace.
- Preparing various safety reports of Mock drill, Fire fighter, safety training etc.
- Make shift schedules if required for works.
- Will be responsible for developing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
