If Primary Skills are Routing Switching Firewalls on Cisco products Secondary skills required on Riverbed F5 Load-Balancer BT Diamond IP tool BT MPLS WAN Management If Primary Skills are any of the below F5 Load-Balancer BT Diamond IP tool BT MPLS WAN Management Firewalls Riverbed Then Secondary Skills needed are Routing Switching Firewalls on Cisco products â?¢ Cisco Certification like CCNA/CCNP on routing/switching and security are added advantages. â?¢ Should have Strong knowledge on Network Routing protocols EIGRP/BGP/OSPF/STATIC ROUTES. â?¢ Good understanding of TCP/IP protocols such as IP TCP UDP ICMP SNMP FTP HTTP etc. â?¢ Should have strong knowledge in Switching technologies like VLAN spanning tree protocol HSRP ether-channel IEEE 802.1Q â?¢ Will have the ability to install configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Voice network Infrastructures for enterprise organizations. â?¢ Should be capable of doing configuration changes IOS upgrade on router/switches. â?¢ Design and deploy functional networks (DATACENTER LAN WAN FIREWALL LOAD BALANCER) â?¢ Will be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of networks including network security virtual private networking (VPN). Familiarity with access control Lists (ACL). â?¢ Well versed for L2 and L3 support for various network and distributed application issues Should be capable of doing configuration changes on router switches â?¢ Extensive knowledge on Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Operations. Support troubleshooting Network Performance Monitor â?¢ Troubleshooting of Connectivity and Performance related issues for Offices connected to the Global network. Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Network connectivity issues. â?¢ Opening TAC cases with Cisco. â?¢ Good understanding of Packet capture tools such as wireshark TCPDUMP. â?¢ Good knowledge of IP subnetting network protocol. â?¢ BT Diamond IP Tool - Add/Modify/change DNS Records Zones. Creation/Deletion/Modification of DHCP scope creation and IPAM management â?¢ Need to know meaning of IP subnet IP addresses private & public IP address concepts CIDR IPV4 IPv6 MAC address etc. â?¢ Strong Knowledge on firewall administration. Troubleshooting issues based on application access site-to-site VPN and Juniper SSL VPN issues. â?¢ Maintain complete technical documentation such as IP address inventory Network device inventory Network diagram using MS VISIO. â?¢ Hands on experience with Riverbed WAN optimization technology â?¢ Riverbed WAN Optimization certifications like RSCA RSCP are added advantage â?¢ Experience on supporting and maintaining F5 Big IP load balancers to include set up maintenance upgrades and replacement of the latest generation of F5 LTM. â?¢ Hand on experience/understanding of hosts/services/clusters/pool/virtual servers iRules iControl.
