We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outbound Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to support our outbound marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for executing and managing targeted campaigns, generating leads, and engaging with prospects across multiple channels. **You will work on**:
- **Campaign Execution**:- Implement lead nurturing plans based on segmentation and buyer personas.- **Lead Management & Outreach**:
- Conduct prospect research and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.-
- Monitor and track responses, ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture leads.
- **Event Support**:
- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and workshops, including registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, response rates).- Update and maintain marketing automation tools with accurate lead data.- Collaborate with the team to derive insights and improve future campaigns.
- **Collaboration & Support**:
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist to align with overall strategy and objectives.- Coordinate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and outreach efforts.- Provide support for new initiatives and explore innovative ways to engage with prospects.
**You will love the role if you have**:
- **Technical Skills**:
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or related roles.- Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication skills: Ability to craft concise and compelling messaging.- Attention to detail: Ensures campaigns and data are accurate and well-organized.- Proactive and resourceful: Always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.- Team player: Works collaboratively while taking ownership of individual tasks.- Curious and eager to learn: Stays updated on marketing trends and tools.
**Preferred qualifications**:MBA in Marketing or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/marketing or demand generation roles, preferably in B2B industries.
**Note**:This is not a role ONLY focused on Cold Lead Generation. This role goes beyond traditional lead generation techniques and focuses on a holistic approach to outbound marketing.
