**Job Summary**
Position: Accounts Executive

We are a firm of chartered accountants located in Salem, Tamilnadu.
We provide audit, taxation and advisory services to our clients. Also we are providing Accounting Back Office Services for our client located in Dubai and our team consist of about 40 employees.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Analysis of Balance sheet GL accounts, get supporting for each entries in the GL, validate and ensure that the GL represents correct value
- Obtain bank statement from bank and reconcile with the transactions in the books of accounts (Oracle finance) and report the unreconciled items.
- Obtain statement of account from counter parties (brokers/insurance companies/reinsurance companies/ clients etc) and reconcile them with our books of accounts.
- Daily and periodical MIS reports to be given to management
- Netting of AR/AP transactions
- Issuing receipts for money collected from cusomers
- Application of receipts against invoices
- Preparation of statement of accounts and sending to counter parties
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- CA (Inter)/ CS (Inter)/ CMA (Inter)
- Fresh or experienced
- Knowledge in MS office

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
