**Minimum qualification & experience**

A degree in finance (MBA/CFA/ICWA) with 15 years of experience in any telecom domain knowledge in enterprise segment is desirable.

**Other knowledge/skills**

Understanding of B2B telecom and systems-related knowledge of telecom industry; Regulatory and taxation knowledge is preferable; People management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

1) Billing Oversee and provide guidance to team for billing operations; Drive smooth interlock and integration with internal teams of sales, OET and IT; Involve in target setting of teams and conduct review meetings to track their performance; Identify and drive areas of improvement in the billing systems and process; Handle cross-functional disputes and changes in TandCs of customer agreements. 2) New Product Introduction and Billing Quality Team Provide strategic direction and drive systems changes/updates due to new products, billing process changes or new processes; Oversee operational activities like trainings for teams on new products/systems and UAT planning; Monitor BQT team for quality checking activities and resolution of issues with Ops team. Ownership of various Billing and Provisioning system e.g. Geneva, Viznet, M6, Zuora, SGRF, 3) Billing Assurance Drive and monitor billing assurance activities like circuit reconciliation between billing and provisioning systems, reduction in quote2cash cycle and reduction in un-billed circuits; Review and approve revenue reports provided to revenue assurance teams; Handle issues related to process-related changes and systems integration with sales and SD teams. 4) Team Development Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; Participate in the recruitment and selection process; Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team; Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues. 5) Order Entry Operations: Ensuring seamless order entry flow for all Data Products for both India and International. Maintain the TAT of Order login to 1 days. Guideline the sales and sales support team on Checklist adherence and other improvement parameters ensuring 100% orders are booked on time with mínimal rework.
