The Collibra Architect would need to have at least 15+ IT experience with 5+ years on Data Governance similar tools and technologies. Should have experience at least 3 years of experience in Collibra. The resource should have the below competencies for the role:
Core technical skills
- 1. Lead design, develop, test, and deploy data governance processes using Collibra
2. Collaborate with business users to identify attributes that require data governance rules and corresponding business rules.
3. Create functional & technical documents - e.g. data governance architecture flows, workflows, dimensions of data governance
4. Contributes to corporate data governance best practices and implementation methodologies aligning to Collibra
5. Responsible for designing, building and leading the solutions throughout each project phase
6. Provide relevant outputs and results from the data governance assessments, including any ongoing processes or implementations
7. Create lineage and metadata information for the attributes Experience in data profiling and data quality analysis.
8. Ensure oversight and access management for the Repository
9. Must have strong domain knowledge on atleast 2 industry verticals
10. Have the ability to work with Customer and other parties for translating business requirements into technical requirements.
11. Knows and can demonstrate integration pattern using Collibra connect
12. Can demonstrate global rollout approach and DG alignment
Other skills
- 1. Worked on other Solutions and understand the solution building cycles
2. Have an understanding of Agile methodology and can clearly articulate how Agile principles can be applied on DG implementation models
3. Experienced in managing one of the Agile tools
4. Good with communication skills and understands the language of both business and IT
5. Understands the latest trends in industry can map with the DG trends and features
