Role : Collibra Data Governance
The responsibilities of the Postsales Engineer include:
- planning, executing and following up implementations of Collibra technology as a solution for the customer case;
- positioning Collibra in the existing application landscape;
- communicating new user stories derived from the implementation experience to product management;
- understanding, documenting and articulating the customer case;
- demonstrating ability to relate business problems to the underlying data and link to solution to solve those business problems;
- demonstrating and (re-)utilizing knowledge of best practices forrelated business problems;
- contributing documentation to the Customer Service Center (knowledge base, cases, ....) and engage with customers in the Collibra Community;
- providing focused training sessions on Collibra's Data Governance Center (e.g., import, export, workflow, API, installation, integration, operatingmodel configuration, ...);
- supporting the customer implementation, both functionally (e.g., analysis, design, ...) and technically (e.g., performing software installation, BPMN workflow engineering, setting up scripts, calling (web)service APIs, adding a Java module, creating an integration with a target system, ....);
- generally supporting the customer implementation and success;
