*Job Description: Supervisor*

*Location:* Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

*Qualifications:*
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (+2).
- Basic proficiency in Excel.

*Responsibilities:*

*1. Outlet Operations:*
- Ensure smooth outlet opening procedures.
- Conduct daily visits to three designated outlets.

*2. Inventory Management:*
- Monitor and resolve inventory variances.
- Plan and manage stock replenishment (indent and top-up planning).
- Track and control wastage to minimize losses.

*3. Customer Service:*
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure all orders are prepared and served within three minutes.

*4. Order & Stock Management:*
- Proactively manage out-of-stock situations.
- Review and process order cancellations.
- Oversee accurate stock closing at the end of the day.

*5. Team & Outlet Oversight:*
- Manage six outlets across Ahmedabad and supervise a team of 10 people.

*Skills & Competencies:*
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic understanding of Excel for reporting and tracking.
