Established as a registered Section 8 company in 2021, our mission is to address the challenges faced by the underprivileged, working with an in-depth understanding of local issues and garnering robust community support. **Position Summary**: The Supervisor / Field Coordinator (Fresher/Internship) will assist in overseeing the implementation of field projects and programs, ensuring they meet the foundation’s objectives and standards. This role involves supporting the coordination of field activities, working with field staff, liaising with community stakeholders, and assisting in timely and accurate reporting. **Key Responsibilities**: **1. Project Support**: - Assist in the execution of field projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. - Support the monitoring and evaluation of project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. - Coordinate with program managers to align field activities with organizational goals. **2. Team Support**: - Assist in leading and managing field staff, providing guidance and support. - Participate in regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan future activities. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. **3. Community Engagement**: - Serve as a supporting liaison between the foundation and community stakeholders. - Facilitate community meetings and consultations to understand needs and gather feedback. - Help build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government agencies, and other relevant organizations. **4. Data Collection and Reporting**: - Assist in the collection of data related to field activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Help prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the program manager. - Use data to inform decision-making and improve project implementation. **5. Training and Development**: - Identify training needs for field staff and facilitate relevant training sessions. - Promote the professional development of team members through mentoring and skill-building opportunities. **Qualifications**: - Education**: Bachelor’s degree or MSW (Master of Social Work). **- Experience**:This position is suitable for fresh graduates or those seeking internships. Minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred but not required. **- Skills**: - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. **Additional Requirements**: - Willingness to travel frequently to remote project sites. - Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
