ROLE SUMMARY
Achieve sales target for assigned location through promotion and sourcing of Home Loan regular & affordable
customers; providing complete support from login to disbursement of file in the system.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
- Driving business through acquiring new customers in the allocated region with focus to improve the
affordable reach
- Nurturing the relationship with all sourcing partners - Connectors, Referral Partners and I Bank
- Enhancing business through increase in market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geography
penetration
- Creating and maintaining relationship with builders, property dealers, CAs and all kinds of probable
sourcing partners by paying regular visits
- Regular visit of Assigned ICICI Bank and meeting the Relationship Manager for leads and files.
- Meets the customer needs with agility and speed by ensuring smooth process from onboarding to
disbursement
- End to End service to Customers and ICICI Bank Channel partners from login to disbursement
- Ensuring acquisition of good portfolio from Bank Channels and Connectors
- Follow up with the customer for EMI and Cheque bounce.
KEY SKILLS
- Understanding of mortgage related products and credit policies
- Regulatory, legal and compliance Knowledge relating to the mortgage industry
- Thorough understanding of market landscape and competitors in the region
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Good articulation and communication skills
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Years of experience: Min 6 Months BFSI Product Sales experience
Education Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduation will be preferred
Languages known (if required): Local Language
Preferred Industry exposure BFSI T
Reporting to Branch Sales Manager/ Territory Business Manager
Direct Reportees: No
