Store In-Charge Responsibilities:
1. **Store Operations**:

- **Daily Management**: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure smooth functioning throughout the day.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure that shelves are well-stocked and organized.

2. **Sales and Merchandising**:

- **Sales Performance**: Track sales metrics and work to achieve sales targets.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure effective product placement and visual merchandising to maximize sales and enhance the store’s appearance.
- **Promotions**: Implement and manage in-store promotions and sales events.

3. **Financial Management**:

- **Cash Handling**: Manage cash registers, ensure accurate cash handling, and reconcile cash drawers.
- **Budgeting**: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.

4. **Store Maintenance**:

- **Cleanliness**: Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- **Repairs**: Coordinate repairs and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.

5. **Reporting**:

- **Reports**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and staff performance to upper management.

Purchase Manager Responsibilities:1. **Procurement**:

- **Supplier Management**: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish relationships.
- **Ordering**: Place purchase orders for inventory and other supplies based on demand forecasts and stock levels.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and control purchasing costs to ensure profitability and budget adherence.

2. **Inventory Control**:

- **Stock Management**: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- **Inventory Analysis**: Analyze inventory data to make informed purchasing decisions and manage stock rotation.

3. **Supplier Coordination**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Delivery Management**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to delivery.

4. **Record Keeping**:

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

5. **Budget Management**:

- **Cost Management**: Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze purchasing trends and costs to identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.

Tools and Technologies:

- **Inventory Management Systems**: Software like ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or retail-specific systems (e.g., Vend, Lightspeed).
- **Point of Sale (POS) Systems**: Systems for managing sales transactions and tracking inventory.
- **Spreadsheet Software**: Tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for budgeting and reporting.
- Any Bachelore's degree with store experience preferred

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹21,347.56 per month
