About the roleThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's customer base.Duties & responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and other means.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Conduct sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company's products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, and finance, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced IHM Graduates
- 2-3 year of experience; preferably from FMCG sector.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Focus on fact
- based decision making
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Sales tools and software
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
