**Job Title: Field Executive (Telecom Industry)**

**Location**: Anand Vihar

**Experience Required**:0-2 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting site surveys and assessments to identify telecom infrastructure requirements.
- Installing, configuring, and testing telecom equipment such as antennas, routers, and switches.
- Performing routine maintenance checks on telecom equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to telecom services and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate field activities and resolve complex issues.
- Conducting quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding telecom products and services.
- Documenting field activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and service tickets.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in hazardous environments.
- Keeping abreast of new developments and technologies in the telecom industry and sharing knowledge with team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom field operations or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems, including GSM, CDMA, LTE, and VoIP.
- Proficiency in using telecom tools and equipment for installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Certifications in telecom-related disciplines (e.g., CCNA, CWNA) preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and respond to emergency calls if needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
