- Communication is extremely important, must be fluent in English
- Processing the weekly payroll of assigned drivers 800+ drivers total and to deadline.
- Each payroll clerk is assigned anywhere from 50-100 drivers depending on their level of training by the Payroll Manager and processes payroll and paperwork for their driver range. Which is then submitted to their supervisor for audit daily and is reviewed before it is selected for processing.
- Payroll is done weekly Wednesday by end of day. Shift is Mon-Friday 8am 5pm PST
- Payroll processing will include transferring and verifying driver movements, miles, and routing.
- Processing and importing driver Hours of Service from the ELD platform Omnitracs with a report generator for a daily and weekly breakdown. Indexing weekly hourly reports to driver imaging for reporting.
- Assigning hours to corresponding loads in McLeod, calculating hours by mileage, and load bonuses.
- CPM calculations, Bonus Calculations.
- Driver calls to resolve questions, disputes, and requests. Following up with other departments for additional pay approval.
- Driver hire paperwork processing, updating driver hire information: contact information, tax information, insurances, garnishments, CPM and hourly rates, lane information, lane/rate increases, driver documents verification.
- Driver and carrier load paperwork: Drivers upload paperwork via the driver McLeod anywhere app.
- The paperwork must be reviewed, verified, and accepted as completed to pay out the loads.
- Paperwork includes Bill of ladings, lumper receipts, scale tickets, delivery tickets, reimbursement receipts, fuel receipts, paysheets, timecards, and invoices.
- Checking the loads for routing, trailer number, date errors, state breakdown.
- Assisting drivers with McLeod Anywhere driver app issues.
- Verifying EFS smart funds bank accounts, setting up auto transfer direct deposit.
- Assisting drivers with EFS Smart funds issues.
- Calculating driver per diem, insurance charges, final insurance, and garnishments.
- Processing final payroll.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
