**Position: Accounts Executive**

**Location: Chennai (Work from Office)**

**Experience: 1+ years (Freshers are also applicable)**

**Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are Preferred**

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have strong English speaking communication skills
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
- Handle the preparation and distribution of employee salary sheets.
- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and withholdings.
- Assist in basic tax-related tasks and filings.
- Handle the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including GST.
- Manage Provident Fund (PF) calculations, contributions, and submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues.
- Generate financial reports on a regular basis.
- Utilize accounting software and tools effectively for daily tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors for accounting activities and addressing their queries
- Assist HR manager in payroll related legal compliances.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
