**The role**:
**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Other tasks that may be assigned to you by your manager

**You are likely to gain exposure to key areas like**:

- Relationship building and management with key stakeholders
- Dealing with challenges, resolving complaints, customer support
- Pace portfolio, US education
- Team-work, working with cross functional internal teams

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or awaiting final degree
- You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes and procedures closely.
- Ability to build strong relations, quickly, with customers and colleagues
- Outstanding attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently and effectively
- Results-focused and a passion for meeting targets
- Performance-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods)
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong IT skills

**Desired Requirement: Experience in overseas education or customer service.
