The Path Provider is seeking a **Telecaller - Admission Counselor** to be a key part of our team In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with potential students, answering their questions, and providing them with information about our educational services. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy customer interaction, and are driven to assist others, this is the perfect role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls** to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admission process and promoting our services.
- **Address customer inquiries** regarding courses, admissions, and other related services.
- **Follow up with leads** to ensure timely responses and to assist them in the decision-making process.
- **Meet or exceed calling targets** on a daily/weekly basis.
- **Collaborate with team members** to enhance outreach strategies and improve performance.
- **Maintain accurate records** of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

**Requirements**:

- **High school diploma** or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- **Previous experience** in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- **Strong verbal communication** and interpersonal skills, especially with prospective students and parents
- Ability to work **independently** and in a team setting
- Excellent **organizational skills** with a keen attention to detail
- **Positive attitude** and eagerness to learn and grow
