**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs across multiple properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential improvements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from Managers and/or tenants, and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including managing external contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, fixtures, equipment, and systems within properties.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed, materials used, and expenses incurred.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and restocking when necessary.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in property maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in relevant maintenance fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field, preferably with experience across different types of properties.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair techniques.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance situations outside of regular working hours.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
