**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the office is clean and organized.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Help with filing and organizing documents.
- Deliver messages and documents within the office or to external parties.
- **Client and Visitor Assistance**:

- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Offer refreshments and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Perform errands such as mailing documents or picking up supplies.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms for events and conferences.
- Support other office staff as required.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
