**Job Description: Legal Intern (Legal Research Focus)**

Dictumnet Legal and Compliance Consulting Pvt Ltd is a leading labor compliance and business consultancy firm specializing in ESI, PF, payroll management, MSME registration, trademark, barcode, FSSAI registration, company incorporation, and labor law compliance. We aim to be a PAN-India leader in legal and compliance services.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough **legal research** on labor laws, corporate compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Summarize **case laws, statutes, and legal provisions** relevant to ongoing projects.
- Assist in preparing **legal reports, compliance checklists, and advisory notes**.
- Monitor and analyze **government notifications, court rulings, and amendments** in labor and corporate laws.
- Support in drafting **contracts, legal documents, and policy guidelines**.
- Collaborate with the legal team on client advisory and regulatory matters.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Pursuing or completed LLB/LLM** from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of **Indian labor laws, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks**.
- Excellent **legal research and analytical skills**.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools like **Manupatra, SCC Online, and Bare Acts**.
- Strong **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
