You will be designing the future of transport, embedding technology into major project infrastructure and being on the forefront of technological transformation shaping our cities. WSP works with major engineering clients including Department of Transport and Main Roads, Transport for NSW, Department of Transport and Planning (Vic), Main Roads WA, Transurban, major construction contractors and like minded consultancies

The ITS technician role within the ITS team will:

- Prepare, manage and issue drawings for complex engineering projects under supervision.
- Create drawings for electrical, communication and civil designs to relevant state and Australian Standards.
- Liaise with other technicians, designers and project team engineers to ensure timely delivery of project drawings
- Learn to plan and manage own work to meet deadlines and budgets
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and learning opportunities including a focus on emerging technologies and Digital Engineering General drafting office duties & Preparing drawings for issue
- Assist in the development of existing and new engineering software, tools and best practice procedures
- Use of computer aided design tools such as AutoCAD, powerCAD, AGI32, perfect lite and others
- Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations
